Energy Performance Certificates

An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is a document that provides information about the energy efficiency of a building or property. It is intended to help property owners, tenants, and potential buyers understand the energy performance and carbon emissions of a building.

The energy efficiency rating is represented on a scale from A to G, where A indicates the most energy-efficient properties, and G represents the least efficient ones.

To carry out an EPC, our assessor will require around 30-40 minutes at the property. Once we have all the information we required we can then write the report which will be done within 24 hours.

If you're a landlord or property seller, an EPC is essential for advertising the property legally and ensuring you comply with the MEES regulations.

Once you’ve acquired your EPC, it will remain valid for 10 years from the date of issue.
